was sweet!

My wall!!!
My design that was made into rugs by Hagopian, they made two cause the owners wanted to see how the different weaves would look. They were telling me that Karmanos was interested in putting some of the rugs in the downtown offices... that'd be so neat!

My art was used as the poster to advertise the show outside the building!!!
Mike, Me and James we all had a piece in the show!!!
Holding a Leyendecker
"King Fisher and Queen Triggerfish" each 15"x15" oil on board
"Soy vs Corn" 16"x20" oil on canvas
My wall, got my giraffe painting back today from the gallery, and my lovely king and queen need to be framed. And temporarily i get to stare at joe schlauds wonderful painting of i'm pretty sure it's his girlfriend (he's going to pick it up from me when he comes to the d from lansing... so soon it'll be gone... how sad) and my wonderful beaver and capybara prints by jeff nolan. they need frames... i love everybody's art and need to get prints from folks!
My feet.
Munny and tiny painting, i'm trying a new technique on the painting where i start in greyscale then glaze color ontop like Vermeer.
Painting on the easel now... and yes i'm using my bed for a makeshift desk, it works.
this one is just one color I did, i did the same print on 4 different colors of paper. this project was creating a screen then on the second color change the pre-existing screen. the colors are pink with transparent silver on top (it looks greyish purple here but it really does sparkle!)
this is the poster for this semesters potluck!! the colors are way off so i need to play with it. the colors on the actual print didn't turn out quite like i wanted them to, they dried much darker than i thought and you can't really read the writing, but oh well learning experience. this was a four screen print, first blue, then yellow then pink and the line work was a gradient.
